Bryan Ghows returned to private practice in Singapore in 2010 after 15 years as in-house counsel for IBM and Microsoft. Bryan strives to provide clients with legal services that should be practical, insightful, direct, and honest. The service level must be responsive and the fee charged must be fair, reflecting the legal value delivered. There should also be an understanding of the client’s business and legal concerns.
In February 2011, Bryan joined UniLegal LLC, a young and dynamic law firm, in Singapore. Bryan has been involved in contentious litigation and transactional work usually involving intellectual property and information technology.
Bryan has had the fortune to work with some of the most innovative companies and creative people in technology. His experience has helped guide clients through complex legal disputes and situations, bring products to market, and close high value transactions.
With his experience in Asia and the United States, Bryan provides clients with a cross border perspective from his base in Singapore.
